In order to get refund, please follow the clouses below.

1. Ask a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) from your account. Please goto How to RMA.

2. After get Authorized RMA, ship the item with copy of invoice to the address:

3. After receiving your RMA, we will check the Merchandise, if the merchandise does not have any physical damage(scrash, break, abvious worn)unnormal  transformed and unacceptable dirty, your refound will be processed within 24 hours.

4. shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Special customer orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
